Jesus raised up the Dead

John 11:38-44 King James Version (KJV)

38 Jesus therefore again groaning (begging for help from God) in himself cometh to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it.

39 Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days.

40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?

41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.

42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.

43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.

44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.

Why Jesus ask for help from God??

John 5:30 King James Version (KJV)
I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

And [make Jesus] a messenger to the Children of Israel, [who will say], 'Indeed I have come to you with a sign from your Lord in that I design for you from clay [that which is] like the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird by permission of Allah . And I cure the blind and the leper, and I give life to the dead - by permission of Allah . And I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses. Indeed in that is a sign for you, if you are believer (Quran-3:49)

Isn't Jesus God because he raised Lazarus from the dead (John 11)??

Jesus the Messenger/Prophet of God

John 17:3
Now this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.

It is the testimony as a muslim-man “ There is is no God but one God and Jesus is the messenger of God”

Acts 2:22
Men of Israel, listen to this message:Jesus of Nazareth was a man certified by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs, which God did among you through Him, as you yourselves know.

Luke 24:19
“What things?” He asked. “The events involving Jesus of Nazareth, they answered. “This man was a prophet, powerful in speech and action before God and all the people.

John 4:19-22  New International Version (NIV)
19 “Sir,” the woman said, “I can see that you are a prophet (Jesus). 20 Our ancestors worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews claim that the place where we must worship is in Jerusalem.”
21 “Woman,” Jesus replied, “believe me, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem.
22 You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews.

Psalm 93:2-3
Your (jesus) throne is established from of old; You are from everlasting.

1 Timothy 2:5
For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,

John 10:32
But Jesus answered, “I have shown you many good works from the Father. For which of these do you stone Me?”

 John 10:37
If I am not doing the works of My Father, then do not believe Me.

Jesus Pray & Testimony

John 17:1 -3
1-When Jesus had spoken these things, He lifted His eyes to heaven and said, “Father, the hour has come.Glorify Your Son, that Your Son may glorify You.
2-ForYou granted Him authority over all humanity, so that He may give eternal life to all those You have given Him.
3-Now this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.

If jesus really the God so why he need to pray? To whom he praying for? This is a distinction between son (blessed man) and the Father (God)
You, the only true God,- “you”(God) is the ONLY true God not  me(Jesus)
Jesus Christ, whom You have sent. –testimony that he’s the messenger of God

John 6:38
"For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me

John 7:29
"I know Him, because I am from Him, and He sent Me."

John 8:42
Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and have come from God, for I have not even come on My own initiative, but He sent Me.

The real name of Jesus Christ

Source:http://biblehub.com

O People of the Scripture, do not commit excess in your religion or say about Allah except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was but a messenger of Allah and His word which He directed to Mary and a soul [created at a command] from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers. And do not say, "Three"; desist - it is better for you. Indeed, Allah is but one God. Exalted is He above having a son. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs.
(Quran-4:171)

The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a messenger; [other] messengers have passed on before him. And his mother was a supporter of truth. They both used to eat food. Look how We make clear to them the signs; then look how they are deluded.
(Quran-5:75)

Jesus Christ Miracles

Jesus Confession

John 5:30-31
 I can do nothing by Myself;
I judge only as I hear.
And My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
If I testify about Myself, My testimony is not valid.

Matthew 28:18  King James Version (KJV)
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

John 10:18  Revised Standard Version (RSV)
No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again; this charge I have received from my Father.”

Acts 2:22New International Version (NIV)

“Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know

Those messengers - some of them We caused to exceed others. Among them were those to whom Allah spoke, and He raised some of them in degree. And We gave Jesus, the Son of Mary, clear proofs, and We supported him with the Pure Spirit. If Allah had willed, those [generations] succeeding them would not have fought each other after the clear proofs had come to them. But they differed, and some of them believed and some of them disbelieved. And if Allah had willed, they would not have fought each other, but Allah does what He intends.
(Quran-2:253)

And [make Jesus] a messenger to the Children of Israel, [who will say], 'Indeed I have come to you with a sign from your Lord in that I design for you from clay [that which is] like the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird by permission of Allah . And I cure the blind and the leper, and I give life to the dead - by permission of Allah . And I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses. Indeed in that is a sign for you, if you are believers. (Quran-3:49)

Jesus Christ Capabilities

"But if I cast out demons by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.( Luke 11:20)

"But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. (Matthew 12:28)

Jesus Heals a Man Born Blind

John 9:1-11 New International Version (NIV))

1-As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth.

2 His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”

3 -“Neither this man nor his parents sinned,” said Jesus, “but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him.

4 -As long as it is day, we must do the works of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work.

5 -While I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”

6- After saying this, he spit on the ground, made some mud with the saliva, and put it on the man’s eyes.

7 -“Go,” he told him, “wash in the Pool of Siloam” (this word means “Sent”). So the man went and washed, and came home seeing.

8 -His neighbors and those who had formerly seen him begging asked, “Isn’t this the same man who used to sit and beg?”

9- Some claimed that he was.

Others said, “No, he only looks like him.”

But he himself insisted, “I am the man.”

10- “How then were your eyes opened?” they asked.

11 -He replied, “The man they call Jesus made some mud and put it on my eyes. He told me to go to Siloam and wash. So I went and washed, and then I could see.”

[The Day] when Allah will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, remember My favor upon you and upon your mother when I supported you with the Pure Spirit and you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity; and [remember] when I taught you writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when you designed from clay [what was] like the form of a bird with My permission, then you breathed into it, and it became a bird with My permission; and you healed the blind and the leper with My permission; and when you brought forth the dead with My permission; and when I restrained the Children of Israel from [killing] you when you came to them with clear proofs and those who disbelieved among them said, "This is not but obvious magic."
(Quran- 5:110)

Jesus is not the Father

Matthew 23:9
And do not call anyone on earth your father, for you have one Father, who is in heaven.

Note: Jesus on earth so he was not the Father (God), the real Father is one that on heaven.

 John 14:28
You heard Me say, ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice that I am going to the Father, because the Father is greater than I.(No equality between Father and Jesus. They are not in the same level.)

John 10:29-30
My Father who has given them to Me is greater than all. No one can snatch them out of My Father’s hand.
I and the Father are one.(One in purpose, One in the same side)

John 5:30-31
 I can do nothing by Myself;
I judge only as I hear.
And My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.
If I testify about Myself, My testimony is not valid.

Jesus Son of Man

Jesus was mentioned as the son of man 83 times in the Bible

John 3:13
No one has ascended into heaven except the One who descended from heaven — the Son of Man.

Luke 2:21
When the eight days until His circumcision had passed, He was named Jesus, the name the angel had given Him before He had been conceived.

Question: Did God circumcised?? And angle gave the name for God his own creator? Did God being conceived for 9 month?

 Matthew 16:24-27
Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save their lifef will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it. What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.

Luke 9:26
Whoever is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels.

Luke 9:58
Jesus replied, “- Foxes have dens and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay His head.”

John 9 New International Version (NIV)
35- Jesus heard that they had thrown him out, and when he found him, he said, “Do you believe in the Son of Man?”
36 -“Who is he, sir?” the man asked. “Tell me so that I may believe in him.”
37- Jesus said, “You have now seen him; in fact, he is the one speaking with you.”

Numbers 23:19 King James Version (KJV)

God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

Job 25:4-6 King James Version (KJV)
4 How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?
5 Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.
6 How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?

Jesus Pray to God

Matthew 6:9 -15
So then, this is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name,
Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors;
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.’
For if you forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you.
But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will yourFather forgive yours.

According to this prayer , there is no mention about praying to Jesus in the heaven or pray to Father together with Jesus in the heaven..this is what Christian have done today..they were worshipped and pray to Jesus but the fact is Jesus himself pray to God.

John 17:1 -3
When Jesus had spoken these things, He lifted His eyes to heaven and said, “Father, the hour has come.Glorify Your Son, that Your Son may glorify You.
For You granted Him authority over all humanity, so that He may give eternal life to all those You have given Him.
Now this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom You have sent.

If jesus really the God so why he need to pray? whom he praying to? This is the distinction between son (blessed men) and the Father (God)

You, the only true God,- “you”(God) is the ONLY true God not  me(Jesus)
Jesus Christ, whom You have sent. –proof he’s the messenger of God

Jesus the Servant of God

Acts 3:13 New International Version (NIV)
The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his servant Jesus. You handed him over to be killed, and you disowned him before Pilate, though he had decided to let him go.

Peter further said: “God raised up his servant” (Acts 3:26), where the title servant refers to Jesus.

In fact, this is the very city where Herod and Pontius Pilate conspired with the Gentiles and the people of Israel against Your holy servant Jesus, whom You anointed. (Acts 4:27)

as You stretch out Your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of Your holy servant Jesus.” (Acts 4:30)

Jesus the Man

Acts 2:22New International Version (NIV)

“Fellow Israelites, listen to this: Jesus of Nazareth was a man accredited by God to you by miracles, wonders and signs, which God did among you through him, as you yourselves know

1 Timothy 2:5

For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,

1 John 4: 2-3 International Standard Version

2-This is how you can recognize God’s Spirit: Every spirit who acknowledges that Jesus the Messiah has become human—and remains so—is from God.
3-But every spirit who does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist. You have heard that he is coming, and now he is already in the world.

John 9:11 New International Version (NIV))

He replied, “The man they call Jesus made some mud and put it on my eyes. He told me to go to Siloam and wash. So I went and washed, and then I could see.”

John 8: 39-41
39 -“Abraham is our father,” they answered.
“If you were Abraham’s children,” said Jesus, “then you would[b] do what Abraham did.
40 -As it is, you are looking for a way to kill me (Jesus), a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. Abraham did not do such things.

41- You are doing the works of your own father.”

Jesus was hungry & thirsty

Matthew 21:18  New International Version (NIV)
Early in the morning, as Jesus was on his way back to the city, he was hungry.

Matthew 25:37  King James Version (KJV)
Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?

Luke 4:2  King James Version (KJV)
Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.

Mark 11:12-14 New International Version (NIV)
The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to find out (not all-knowing) if it had any fruit. When he reached it, he found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs. Then he said to the tree, “May no one ever eat fruit from you again.” (Jesus being angry and cursed it) And his disciples heard him say it.

The Son of man is come eating and drinking; and ye say, Behold a gluttonous man, and a winebibber, a friend of publicans and sinners!

Every Glory for Jesus Christ was GIVEN by God Almighty

“For to us a child (Jesus) is born, to us a son IS GIVEN, and the government will be on his shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
(Isaiah 9:6)

I continued watching in the night visions, and I saw One like a son of man coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was escorted before Him. He WAS GIVEN AUTHORITY to rule, and glory, and a kingdom; so that those of every people, nation, and language should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and His kingdom is one that will not be destroyed."

(Daniel 7:13-14 )

Father, I want those You have given Me to be with Me where I am, that they may see the GLORY YOU GAVE ME because You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

(John 17:24)

Nobility of Jesus Christ

In their footsteps, We sent Jesus son of Mary, fulfilling the Torah that preceded him; and We gave him the Gospel, wherein is guidance and light, and confirming the Torah that preceded him, and guidance and counsel for the righteous. So let the people of the Gospel rule according to what God revealed in it. Those who do not rule according to what God revealed are the sinners.
(QURAN: 5 -The Table/al-Ma'idah: 46-47)

Luke 1:32  King James Version (KJV)
He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David (earthly/wordly throne)

Luke 1:33  New International Version (NIV)

but......

John 18:36  New International Version (NIV)
Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jewish leaders. But now my kingdom is from another place.”(Heavenly kingdom or spiritual kingdom)

Prophecies in Bible

Source:

The word that you hear are not mine but the Father sent me, he had me given a commandment what should I say and what I should speak, even as the Father that says to me, so I speak
(John 12:49)

John 5:30 King James Version (KJV)
I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

Revelation 19:10 Revised Standard Version (RSV)

Then I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said to me, “You must not do that! I am a fellow servant with you and your brethren who hold the testimony of Jesus. Worship God.” For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Birth of Jesus Christ

Bible

Luke 2:1-20New International Version (NIV)

2 In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world. 2 (This was the first census that took place while[a] Quirinius was governor of Syria.) 3 And everyone went to their own town to register.
4 So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. 5 He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. 6 While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, 7 and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them.
8 And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”
13 Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,
14 “Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”
15 When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.”
16 So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. 17 When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, 18 and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. 19 But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. 20 The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.

Quran

(3:59) The similitude of Jesus before Allah is as that of Adam; He created him from dust, then said to him: "Be". And he was.

(21:91) And (remember) her who guarded her chastity (Mary): We breathed into her of Our spirit, and We made her and her son a sign for all peoples.

(66:12) And Mary the daughter of 'Imran, who guarded her chastity; and We breathed into (her body) of Our spirit; and she testified to the truth of the words of her Lord and of His Revelations, and was one of the devout (servants).

Chapter 19 Mary/Maryam

Mary go to another place

22. So she carried him, and secluded herself with him in a remote place.
23. The labor-pains came upon her, by the trunk of a palm-tree. She said, “I wish I had died before this, and been completely forgotten.”
24. Whereupon he called her from beneath her: “Do not worry; your Lord has placed a stream beneath you.
25. And shake the trunk of the palm-tree towards you, and it will drop ripe dates by you.”
26. “So eat, and drink, and be consoled. And if you see any human, say, ‘I have vowed a fast to the Most Gracious, so I will not speak to any human today.'“
Mary return back and miracle of Jesus Christ (be able to talk even still a baby)
27. Then she came to her people, carrying him. They said, “O Mary, you have done something terrible.
28. O sister of Aaron, your father was not an evil man, and your mother was not a whore.”
29. So she pointed to him. They said, “How can we speak to an infant in the crib?”
30. He said, “I am the servant of God. He has given me the Scripture, and made me a prophet.
31. And has made me blessed wherever I may be; and has enjoined on me prayer and charity, so long as I live.
32. And kind to my mother, and He did not make me a disobedient rebel.
33. So Peace is upon me the day I was born, and the day I die, and the Day I get resurrected alive.”
34. That is Jesus son of Mary—the Word of truth about which they doubt.
35. It is not for God to have a child—glory be to Him. To have anything done, He says to it, “Be,” and it becomes.
36. “God is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is a straight path.”

THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION

“And she who guarded her chastity, so We breathed (a spirit) into her through Our angel, and We made her and her son (Jesus) a sign for the worlds.”[3] (Quran 21:91)

THE BIRTH OF JESUS

“So she conceived him, and she withdrew with him to a remote place.  And the pains of childbirth drove her to the trunk of a palm tree.  She said, ‘I wish I had died before this, and had been long forgotten.  [Mary was worried that people would think badly of her as she was not married.]  Then (baby Jesus) called her from below her, saying, ‘Don’t be sad.  Your Lord has provided a stream under you.’  Shake the trunk of the palm tree towards you, and it will drop on you fresh ripe dates.  So eat and drink and be happy.  And if you see any human, then say, ‘Indeed I have vowed a fast to the Most Merciful so I will not speak to any human today.’  Then she carried him and brought him to her people.  They said, ‘O Mary, indeed you have done a great evil.’  ‘O sister of Aaron, your father was not an evil man, and your mother was not a fornicator.’  So she pointed to him.  They said, ‘How can we speak to a child in the cradle?’  (Jesus) said, ‘Indeed, I am a slave of God.  He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet.[4]  And He has made me blessed wherever I may be, and He has enjoined on me prayer and charity as long as I remain alive.  And (has made) me kind to my mother, and did not make me arrogant or miserable.  And peace be upon me the day I was born, and the day I will die, and the day I will be raised alive.’” (Quran 19:22-33)
“Indeed, Jesus is like Adam in front of God.  He created him from dust, then said to him, ‘Be,’ and he was.”[5] (Quran 3:59)
“And We made the son of Mary and his mother a sign, And We gave them refuge and rest on a high ground with flowing water.”[6] (Quran 23:50)
