Dinosaur & Monster in the Bible??

Behemoth

Job 40:15-24  Revised Standard Version (RSV)
15 “Behold, Be′hemoth,[a]
    which I made as I made you;
    he eats grass like an ox.
16 Behold, his strength in his loins,
    and his power in the muscles of his belly.
17 He makes his tail stiff like a cedar;
    the sinews of his thighs are knit together.
18 His bones are tubes of bronze his limbs like bars of iron.
19 “He is the first of the works[b] of God;
    let him who made him bring near his sword!
20 For the mountains yield food for him
    where all the wild beasts play.
21 Under the lotus plants he lies,
    in the covert of the reeds and in the marsh.
22 For his shade the lotus trees cover him;
    the willows of the brook surround him.
23 Behold, if the river is turbulent he is not frightened;
    he is confident though Jordan rushes against his mouth.
24 Can one take him with hooks,[c]
    or pierce his nose with a snare?

The way the "behemoth" is described, doesn't it almost sound like a dinosaur? Perhaps one of the sauropods? Some will argue these verses are referring to the hippopotamus or elephant. However, they run into the problem of explaning vs 17, since the tails of both animals are...well, far from looking like a cedar tree (let along moving like one). Their tails more resemble switches.

Leviathan

Job 41:1-2 Revised Standard Version (RSV)
1 [a] “Can you draw out Levi′athan[b] with a fishhook,
    or press down his tongue with a cord?
2 Can you put a rope in his nose,
    or pierce his jaw with a hook?

Job 41:7 Revised Standard Version (RSV)
Can you fill his skin with harpoons,
    or his head with fishing spears?

Job 41:12-32 NIV
12 “I will not fail to speak of Leviathan’s limbs, its strength and its graceful form. 13 Who can strip off its outer coat? Who can penetrate its double coat of armor ? 14 Who dares open the doors of its mouth, ringed about with fearsome teeth? 15 Its back has rows of shields tightly sealed together; 16 each is so close to the next that no air can pass between. 17 They are joined fast to one another; they cling together and cannot be parted. 18 Its snorting throws out flashes of light; its eyes are like the rays of dawn. 19 Flames stream from its mouth; sparks of fire shoot out. 20 Smoke pours from its nostrils as from a boiling pot over burning reeds. 21 Its breath sets coals ablaze, and flames dart from its mouth. 22 Strength resides in its neck; dismay goes before it. 23 The folds of its flesh are tightly joined; they are firm and immovable. 24 Its chest is hard as rock, hard as a lower millstone. 25 When it rises up, the mighty are terrified; they retreat before its thrashing. 26 The sword that reaches it has no effect, nor does the spear or the dart or the javelin. 27 Iron it treats like straw and bronze like rotten wood. 28 Arrows do not make it flee; slingstones are like chaff to it. 29 A club seems to it but a piece of straw; it laughs at the rattling of the lance. 30 Its undersides are jagged potsherds, leaving a trail in the mud like a threshing sledge. 31 It makes the depths churn like a boiling caldron and stirs up the sea like a pot of ointment. 32 It leaves a glistening wake behind it; one would think the deep had white hair.

Psalm 74:14 New International Version (NIV)
It was you who crushed the heads of Leviathan
    and gave it as food to the creatures of the desert.

Psalm 104:25-26  Revised Standard Version (RSV)
Yonder is the sea, great and wide,
    which teems with things innumerable,
    living things both small and great.
There go the ships,
    and Leviathan which thou didst form to sport in it.

Gabriel Foretells Jesus' Birth

Bible

Luke 1:26-31

 26- In the sixth month, God sent the angel Gabriel to a town in Galilee called Nazareth,

 27- to a virgin pledged in marriage to a man named Joseph, who was of the house of David. And the virgin’s name was Mary.

28- The angel appeared to her and said, “Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.”

29- Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be.

 30- So the angel told her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.

31- Behold, you will conceive and give birth to a son, and you shall give Him the name Jesus.

32- He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David,

33- and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever. His kingdom will never end!”

34- How can this be, Mary asked the angel, “since I am a virgin?”

35- The angel replied, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the Holy One to be born will be called the Son of God.

36- Look, even Elizabeth your relative has conceived a son in her old age, and she who was called barren is in her sixth month.

37- For nothing will be impossible with God.”

38“I am the Lord’s servant, Mary answered. “May it happen to me according to your word.” Then the angel left her.

Quran

Mary, who had been living a particularly pious life, was one day visited by Gabriel, the Holy Spirit:

She put a veil between herself and them (her family). Then We sent to her Our spirit, and he assumed for her the likeness of a human being in all respects. (19.17)

This mysterious being must have appeared in the shape of a man, because Mary addressed him in the masculine. Seeing a man appear suddenly in her secluded place, Mary was scared:

She said: “I seek refuge in God from you, if you are dutiful [to God].” (19.18)

Gabriel reassured Mary that he was in fact a messenger from God:

He said: “I am only a messenger of your Lord, that I may bestow on you a pure son.” (19.19)

 Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah;(3:45)

 "He shall speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. And he shall be (of the company) of the righteous." (3:46)

"And Allah will teach him the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel,(3:48)

After receiving the amazing news and regaining her composure, Mary asked how she could bear a son when she was never married or involved in an illicit sexual relationship:

She said: “How can I have a son when no man has touched me, neither have I been unchaste?” (19.20)

 She said: "O my Lord! How shall I have a son when no man hath touched me?" He said: "Even so: Allah createth what He willeth: When He hath decreed a plan, He but saith to it, 'Be,' and it is! (3:47)

Gabriel replied that this miracle was easy for God to do, and that it had already been ordained to happen, confirming that her conception was not going to involve a man:

He said: “Thus Your Lord has said: ‘It is easy for Me. And so that We may make of him a sign for people and a mercy from Us, and it is a matter that has been ordained.’” (19.21)

THE GOOD NEWS OF A NEW-BORN CHILD

“(And mention) when the angels said, ‘O Mary, indeed God gives you the good news of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honor in this world and in the Hereafter, and of those who are near to God.’  ‘He will speak to the people in the cradle, and in old age, and he will be of the righteous.’  She said, ‘My Lord, how can I have a son when no man has touched me.’  He said, ‘So (it will be,) for God creates what He wants.  When He decides something, He only says to it, ‘Be,’ and it is.  And He will teach him the Book and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel.  And (will make him) a messenger to the Children of Israel (saying), ‘Indeed I have come to you with a sign from your Lord.  I make for you out of clay the likeness of a bird, then breathe into it, and it becomes a bird by the permission of God.  And I heal the blind and the leper, and I bring the dead to life by the permission of God.  And I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses.  Surely, there is a sign for you in that, if you are believers.  And (I have come) confirming the Torah that was (revealed) before me, and to allow you some of what was forbidden to you.  And I have come to you with a proof from your Lord, so fear God and obey me.  Indeed, God is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him.  This is the straight path.” (Quran 3:45-51)
“And mention in the Book (the story of) Mary, when she withdrew from her family to an eastern place.  And she placed a screen to seclude herself from them.  Then We sent to her Our angel (Gabriel), and he took the form of a well-created man before her.  She said, “Indeed I seek refuge with the Most Merciful from you, if you do fear God.”[1]  (The angel) said, ‘I am only the messenger of your Lord to give to you (the news of) a pure boy.’  She said, ‘How can I have a son, when no man has touched me (in marriage), and I am not a prostitute?’  He said, So your Lord said, ‘It is easy for Me.  And We will make him a sign to people and a mercy from Us.  And it is a matter (already) decided.’”[2] (Quran 19:16-21)

Muhammad in the Bible?? Really??

John 16:12-14
12-I still have much to tell you, but you cannot yet bear to hear it.
13-However, when the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth. For He will not speak on His own, but He will speak what He hears,and He will declare to you what is to come.
14-He will glorify Me by taking from what is Mine and disclosing it to you.

Deuteronomy 18:18 Revised Standard Version (RSV)
I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brethren; and I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him.

QURAN -53 The Star/an-Najm
2. Your friend (Muhammad) has not gone astray, nor has he erred.
3. Nor does he speak out of desire.
4. It is but a revelation revealed.

John 14:16-17
16-And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate to be with you forever
17-the Spirit of truth. The world cannot receive Him, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. But you do know Him,for He abides with you and He will be in you.

Who's the spirit of Truth??

The True Spirit (The Spirit of the Truth)
Anyone who confess jesus as Christ is the spirit from God

.1 John 4:2-3  New International Version (NIV)
 2- By thisyou will know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from god,
3- and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming, and is already in the world at this time

[And mention] when the angels said, "O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary - distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah ].
(Quran: 3:45)

1 John 4:2-3 New Living Translation (NLT)
This is how we know if they have the Spirit of God: If a person claiming to be a prophet[a] acknowledges that Jesus Christ came in a real body, that person has the Spirit of God.  But if someone claims to be a prophet and does not acknowledge the truth about Jesus, that person is not from God. Such a person has the spirit of the Antichrist, which you heard is coming into the world and indeed is already here.

1 John 4: 2-3 International Standard Version
2-This is how you can recognize God’s Spirit: Every spirit who acknowledges that Jesus the Messiah has become human—and remains so—is from God.
3-But every spirit who does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist. You have heard that he is coming, and now he is already in the world.

How will the Spirit of Truth abide with Us forever (John 14:16)?

Muhammad is the last prophet that illiterate

Isaiah 29:11-12
11-The entire vision will be to you like the words of a sealed book, which when they give it to the one who is literate, saying, "Please read this," he will say, "I cannot, for it is sealed."
 12-Then the book will be given to the one who is illiterate(Muhammad), saying, "Please read this."And he will say, "I cannot read."

157. Those who follow the Messenger, the Unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in the Torah and the Gospel in their possession. He directs them to righteousness, and deters them from evil, and allows for them all good things, and prohibits for them wickedness, and unloads the burdens and the shackles that are upon them. Those who believe in him, and respect him, and support him, and follow the light that came down with him—these are the successful.
158. Say, “O people, I am the Messenger of God to you all—He to whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth. There is no god but He. He gives life and causes death.” So believe in God and His Messenger, the Unlettered Prophet, who believes in God and His words. And follow him, that you may be guided. (QURAN: The Elevations/al-A'raf 7:157-158)

A New Prophet
(the Prophet like Moses)

Deuteronomy 18:9-19 Revised Standard Version (RSV)
15 “The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you (Israelites), from your brethren (Ishmaelites)—him you shall heed—
16 just as you desired of the Lord your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly, when you said, ‘Let me not hear again the voice of the Lord my God, or see this great fire any more, lest I die.’
17 And the Lord said to me, ‘They have rightly said all that they have spoken.
18 I will raise up for them a prophet like you (Moses) from among their brethren(Ishmaelites); and I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him.
19 And whoever will not give heed to my words which he shall speak in my name, I myself will require it of him.

Deuteronomy 34:10 New International Version (NIV)
 Since then, no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face,

Acts 7:37
This is the same Moses who told the Israelites, ‘God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your own brothers (Arabs/Ishmaelites brother of Israelites).’

Acts 3:22
For Moses said, ‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your brothers. You must listen to Him in everything He tells you.

 “I have come in my Father’s name, and you do not accept me. If someone else comes in his own name, you will accept him”
(John 5:43)

Pastor HAS NO ANSWER to Deuteronomy 18 "Prophet like Moses" Prophecy!

Argument about the "Brethren"

Genesis 16:12 King James Version (KJV)
And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.

Deuteronomy 2:4-6 King James Version (KJV)
And command thou the people, saying, Ye are to pass through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir;...

Note: the "brethren" was not nessecarily refering to the one spesific group only

How the Advocate/Comforter will come??

John 16:7 (kjv)
 But I tell you the truth, it is for your benefit that I am going away. Unless I go away,the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you.

John 16:7
Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I (Jesus) will send him unto you.

"Hey Muslims - Jesus is GOD because HE SENDS the COMFORTER!"

John 14:16-17

16-And I will ask the Father (the way Jesus 'send' the Comforter/Advocate), and He will give you another Advocate to be with you forever
17-the Spirit of truth. The world cannot receive Him, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. But you do know Him,for He abides with you and He will be in you.

John 14:26
But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have told you.

The liberation of Mecca (Paran) by 10,000 Muslims in the Bible

Let us look at the following Verse in the New Testament from the King James Version Bible:

"And Enoch [Idris in Arabic, one of Allah Almighty's Prophets peace be upon all of them to the people of Israel.] also, the seventh generation from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord came with ten thousands of his saints, to execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard [speeches] which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
(Jude 1:14-15)"

Let us also look at the following Verse from the Old Testament: "And he said, The LORD came from Si'-nai, and rose up from Se'-ir unto them; he shined forth from mount Pa'-ran [Mecca in Arabic], and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law (Quran) for them.
(The King James Version Bible, Deuteronomy 33:2)".

 According to Islam's history, when Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him and his followers faced hostility from the people of Mecca (Paran), they had to leave the city.  They fled to the City of "Yathrib" which was called later "Madina" where Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him continued to spread Islam to all of the Arabs and then later to the countries near by.

The army of the Muslims that liberated Mecca was made of 10,000 men  (From the book of "Muhammad the Prophet" by Maulana Muhammad Ali, pages 128-129).  The Bible calls them "ten thousands of saints".  Also, in Saheeh Bukhari, 59:574 Hadith and others:

Narrated Ibn `Abbas
The Prophet left Medina (for Mecca) in the company of ten-thousand (Muslim warriors) in (the month of) Ramadan, and that was eight and a half years after his migration to Medina. He and the Muslims who were with him, proceeded on their way to Mecca. He was fasting and they were fasting, but when they reached a place called Al-Kadid which was a place of water between 'Usfan and Kudaid, he broke his fast and so did they. (Az-Zuhri said, "One should take the last action of Allah's Apostle and leave his early action (while taking a verdict.").

Isaiah 42-New International Version (NIV)

The Servant of the Lord
1 “Here is my servant, whom I uphold,
    my chosen one in whom I delight;(Beloved One)
I will put my Spirit on him,
    and he will bring justice to the nations.
2 He will not shout or cry out,
    or raise his voice in the streets.
3 A bruised reed he will not break,
    and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out.
In faithfulness he will bring forth justice;
4     he will not falter or be discouraged
till he establishes justice on earth.
    In his teaching the islands will put their hope.”

5 This is what God the Lord says—
the Creator of the heavens, who stretches them out,
    who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it,
    who gives breath to its people,
    and life to those who walk on it:
6 “I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness;
    I will take hold of your hand.
I will keep you and will make you
    to be a covenant (Constitution of Medina) for the people
    and a light for the Gentiles (None-Jews),

And We have not sent you (Muhammad) except comprehensively to mankind as a bringer of good tidings and a warner. But most of the people do not know.(Quran-34:28)

He answered, “I (Jesus) was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” (Matthew 15:24)

7 to open eyes that are blind,
    to free captives from prison
    and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness.

8 I am the Lord; that is my name;
tmy glory I give to no other,
nor my praise to carved idols.
9 Behold, the former things have come to pass,
uand new things I now declare;
before they spring forth
I tell you of them.”
Sing to theLord a New Song
10 Sing to the Lord a new song (new law/new way of worship),
his praise from the end of the earth,
you who go down to the sea, and all that fills it,
the coastlands and their inhabitants.
11 Let the desert and its cities lift up their voice,
the villages that Kedar inhabits; (Madina)
let the habitants of Sela (name of mountain in Madina) sing for joy,
let them shout from the top of the mountains.
12 Let them give glory to the Lord,
and declare his praise in lthe coastlands.
13 The Lord goes out like a mighty man (Muhammad had many battle with pagan),
like a man of war he stirs up his zeal;
he cries out, he shouts aloud,
he shows himself mighty against his foes.
14 For a long time I have held my peace;
I have kept still and restrained myself;
now I will cry out clike a woman in labor;
I will gasp and pant.
15 dI will lay waste mountains and hills,
and dry up all their vegetation;
I will turn the rivers into islands,3
and dry up the pools.
16 And I will lead the blind
in a way that they do not know (Pagan Arabs never received any prophet before),
in paths that they have not known
I will guide them.
I will turn the darkness before them into light,
fthe rough places into level ground.
These are the things I do,
and I do not forsake them.
17 They (Pagan Arabs) are turned back and utterly put to shame (Conquest of Mecca),
who trust in carved idols,
who say to metal images,
“You are our gods.”
Israel’s Failure to Hear and See
18 Hear, you deaf,
and look, you blind, that you may see!
19 Who is blind but my servant,
or deaf as my messenger whom I send?
Who is blind as my dedicated one,4
or blind as the servant of the Lord?
20 He sees many things, but does not observe them;
his ears are open, but he does not hear.

"My beloved is dazzling and ruddy, Outstanding among ten thousand.(Song of Solomon 5:10)

Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered prophet, whom they find written in what they have of the Torah and the Gospel, who enjoins upon them what is right and forbids them what is wrong and makes lawful for them the good things and prohibits for them the evil and relieves them of their burden and the shackles which were upon them. So they who have believed in him, honored him, supported him and followed the light which was sent down with him - it is those who will be the successful.(Quran-7:157)

“Muhammad (S) is not the father of any man among you, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the last (end) of the Prophets. And Allah is Ever All Aware of everything. (Quran, Surah Al-Ahzab:40)”

God is Love

Bible

 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.[a]
 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.
Deuteronomy 6:4-5 New International Version (NIV)

Note: There is many kind of love. Divinity Love.The Parental Love (Abraham toward his sons). The Friendly/Brotherly Love. (Jonathan toward his Friend, David). Leaderly Love (Israelites toward their king, David).
Deuteronomy 7:7-8 New International Version (NIV)

 The Lord did not set his affection on you and choose you because you were more numerous than other peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples. But it was because the Lord loved you and kept the oath he swore to your ancestors that he brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the land of slavery, from the power of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

Deuteronomy 4:37 New International Version (NIV)
 Because he loved your ancestors (israelites) and chose their descendants after them, he brought you out of Egypt by his Presence and his great strength,

Note: God love the israelites not becaused of they are earn it or deserve but it was originated by His own nature.

Deuteronomy 7:9 Know therefore that the LORD your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations.

Note: God's love the universe and all creation (including us) not becaused of His duty but His own nature.

Jeremiah 31:3 New International Version (NIV)
The Lord appeared to us in the past,[a] saying:
“I have loved you with an everlasting love;

    I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.

Deuteronomy 10:12-13  New International Version (NIV)

12 And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, 13 and to observe the Lord’s commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good?
Psalm 86:15 But you, O Lord, are a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.
Psalm 136:26 Give thanks to the God of heaven, for his steadfast love endures forever.
Zephaniah 3:17 The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.
John 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
John 15:9-17 As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you.Abide in my love.  If you keep my commandments, you willabide in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full. This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. These things I command you, so that you will love one another.
Romans 5:2-5 Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

Word Study: Ahavah - "Love"

Quran
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Yet there are men who take (for worship) others besides Allah, as equal (with Allah.: They love them as they should love Allah.But those of Faith are overflowing in their love for Allah.If only the unrighteous could see, behold, they would see the penalty: that to Allah belongs all power, and Allah will strongly enforce the penalty. (Surah Al-Baqara, 165)

They ask thee concerning women's courses.Say: They are a hurt and a pollution: So keep away from women in their courses, and do not approach them until they are clean.But when they have purified themselves, ye may approach them in any manner, time, or place ordained for you by Allah.For Allah loves those who turn to Him constantly and He loves those who keep themselves pure and clean. (Surah Al-Baqara, 222)
