The First Revelation

"It is no less than inspiration sent down to him:
He (Muhammad) was taught by one Mighty in Power,
Endued with Wisdom: for he appeared (in stately form);
While he was in the highest part of the horizon:
Then he approached and came closer,
And was at a distance of but two bow-lengths or (even) nearer;"
(Quran 53:4–9)

What did he received??

"Proclaim! (or read!) in the name of thy Lord and Cherisher, Who
Created man, out of a clot of congealed blood:
Proclaim! And thy Lord is Most Bountiful,–
Who taught by the pen–
Taught man that which he knew not."[Quran 96:1–5]

Muhammad's first revelation was an event described in Islam as taking place in 610 AD, during which the prophet Muhammad was visited by the archangel Gabriel, who revealed to him the beginnings of what would later become the Holy Quran. The event took place in a cave called Hira, located on the mountain Jabal an-Nour, near Makka.

 The First Encountered

Hadith- Sahih al-Bukhari 3 In-book reference : Book 1, Hadith 3 USC-MSA web (English) reference: Vol. 1, Book 1, Hadith 3 (deprecated numbering scheme)

The commencement of the Divine Inspiration to Allah's Messenger (pbuh) was in the form of good dreams which came true like bright daylight,

and then the love of seclusion was bestowed upon him. He used to go in seclusion in the cave of Hira where he used to worship (Allah alone) continuously for many days before his desire to see his family.

He used to take with him the journey food for the stay and then come back to (his wife) Khadija to take his food likewise again till suddenly the Truth descended upon him while he was in the cave of Hira.

Then the book will be given to the one who is illiterate, saying, "Please read this." And he will say, "I cannot read." (Isaiah 29:12 )

The angel came to him and asked him to read. The Prophet (pbuh) replied, "I do not know how to read." The Prophet (pbuh) added, "The angel caught me (forcefully) and pressed me so hard that I could not bear it any more. He then released me and again asked me to read and I replied, 'I do not know how to read.'
Thereupon he caught me again and pressed me a second time till I could not bear it any more. He then released me and again asked me to read but again I replied, 'I do not know how to read (or what shall I read)?'
Thereupon he caught me for the third time and pressed me, and then released me and said, 'Read in the name of your Lord, who has created (all that exists), created man from a clot. Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous." [Quran 96:1–5]

Then Allah's Messenger (pbuh) returned with the Inspiration and with his heart beating severely.
Then he went to Khadija bint Khuwailid and said, "Cover me! Cover me!" They covered him till his fear was over and after that he told her everything that had happened and said, "I fear that something may happen to me." Khadija replied, "Never! By Allah, Allah will never disgrace you. You keep good relations with your kith and kin, help the poor and the destitute, serve your guests generously and assist the deserving calamity-afflicted ones."

Isaiah 6:5
Then I said, "Woe is me, for I am ruined! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I live among a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts."

Daniel 8:17  King James Version (KJV)
So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision.

Luke 1:12-13 New International Version (NIV)
When Zechariah saw him, he was startled and was gripped with fear. But the angel said to him: “Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to call him John.

If We had sent down this Qur'an upon a mountain, you would have seen it humbled and coming apart from fear of Allah . And these examples We present to the people that perhaps they will give thought.
(Quran-59:21)

Khadija then accompanied him to her cousin Waraqa ibn Naufal bin Asad bin 'Abdul 'Uzza, who, during the pre-Islamic Period became a Christian and used to write the writing with Hebrew letters. He would write from the Gospel in Hebrew as much as Allah wished him to write. He was an old man and had lost his eyesight.
Khadija said to Waraqa, "Listen to the story of your nephew, O my cousin!" Waraqa asked, "O my nephew! What have you seen?" Allah's Messenger (pbuh) described whatever he had seen. Waraqa said, "This is the same one who keeps the secrets (angel Gabriel) whom Allah had sent to Moses. I wish I were young and could live up to the time when your people would turn you out."

Allah's Messenger (pbuh) asked, "Will they drive me out?" Waraqa replied in the affirmative and said, "Anyone (man) who came with something similar to what you have brought was treated with hostility; and if I should remain alive till the day when you will be turned out then I would support you strongly." But after a few days Waraqa died and the Divine Inspiration was also, paused for a while

Before the first revelation
Muhammad was born and raised in Makkah. When he was nearly 40, he used to spend many hours alone in prayer and speculating over the aspects of creation. He was concerned with the "ignorance of divine guidance" (Jahiliyyah), social unrest, injustice, widespread discrimination (particularly against women), fighting among tribes and abuse of tribal authorities prevalent in pre-Islamic Arabia. The moral degeneration of his fellow people, and his own quest for a true religion further lent fuel to this, with the result that he now began to withdraw periodically to a cave named Mount Hira, three miles north of Mecca, for contemplation and reflection. Islamic tradition holds that Muhammad during this period began to have dreams replete with spiritual significance which were fulfilled according to their true import; and this was the commencement of his divine revelation. This created inclination in him to engage himself in solitary worshipping.

After the first revelation
Perplexed by this new experience, Muhammad made his way to home where he was consoled by his wife Khadijah, who also took him to her Ebionite cousin Waraqah ibn Nawfal. Waraqah was familiar with Jewish and Christian scriptures. Islamic tradition holds that Waraqah, upon hearing the description, testified to Muhammad's prophethood, and convinced Muhammad that the revelation was from God. Waraqah said: "O my nephew! What did you see?" When Muhammad told him what had happened to him, Waraqah replied: "This is Namus (meaning Gabriel) that Allah sent to Moses. I wish I were younger. I wish I could live up to the time when your people would turn you out." Muhammad asked: "Will they drive me out?" Waraqah answered in the affirmative and said: "Anyone who came with something similar to what you have brought was treated with hostility; and if I should be alive until that day, then I would support you strongly." A few days later Waraqah died.

The initial revelation was followed by a pause and a second encounter with Gabriel when Muhammad heard a voice from the sky and saw the same angel "sitting between the sky and the earth" and the revelations resumed with the first verses of chapter 74.

QURAN - 74 The Enrobed /al-Muddathir

1. O you Enrobed one.

2. Arise and warn.

3. And magnify your Lord.

4. And purify your clothes.

5. And abandon abominations.

6. And show no favor seeking gain.

7. And be constant for your Lord.

At-Tabari and Ibn Hisham reported that Muhammad left the cave of Hira after being surprised by the revelation, but later on, returned to the cave and continued his solitude, though subsequently he returned to Mecca. Tabari and Ibn Ishaq write that Muhammad told Zubayr:

"when I was midway on the mountain, I heard a voice from heaven saying "O Muhammad! you are the apostle of Allah and I am Gabriel." I raised my head towards heaven to see who was speaking, and Gabriel in the form of a man with feet astride the horizon, saying, "O Muhammad! you are the apostle of Allah and I am Gabriel." I stood gazing at him moving neither forward nor backward, then I began to turn my face away from him, but towards whatever region of the sky I looked, I saw him as before."
There is doubt about the period of time between Muhammad's first and second experiences of revelation. Ibn Ishaq writes that three years elapsed from the time that Muhammad received the first revelation until he started to preach publicly. Bukhari takes chapter 74 as the second revelation however chapter 68 has strong claims to be the second revelation.

Questioning or Provoking???

He came 'questioning' about  the 'different' version of Quran in arabic and then run away. He didnt let a single one of his Quran get into muslims hand and accused muslims try to steal it. If he really want to show that Quran on his hand was 26 different version so why he must do it publicly? and deal with muslims in public ? what did he trying to do? why he didnt just make a copy or pamplet or at least give the sample of "different" between those Quran if he want to really try to proof that? i think he knew what happen next when muslims will investigate and analyze those Quran ..if he really knew about muslims getting violent so why did he 'bravely' done it on public?? he came and make muslims angry and after his 'job' finished he left..there is no other reason but attempt to provoking muslims to make them get angry and accused muslims as violent eventhough  we knew and informed that Quran is muslims honoured and dignity. This kind of people caused nothing but hatred and conflict.

Hypocrite David Wood Believes Jesus Will Terrorize Muslims With a Sword!

2 Thessalonians 1:7-8 King James Version (KJV)
7 And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ

Revelation 19:14-16 King James Version (KJV)
14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King Of Kings, And Lord Of Lords.

Son Of God

Caution!

(John 16:25 -New International Version)
"Though I (Jesus) have been speaking figuratively (metaphorically), a time is coming when I will no longer use this kind of language but will tell you plainly about my Father.

Note: Jesus speak that way becaused he spokes according to the way of language of the people on that time to make sure they got the messages.

Definition (according to bible):

 John 1:12
But to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God

Note:
1. Anyone who accept God
2. Anyone who believe in God's name.

Matthew 5:9
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.

Note: Anyone who are the peacemaker

Romans 8:14
For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.

Note: Anyone who led by the spirit (guidance) from God. Son/Children/Daughter of God in the bible was not literal (family relation) but metaphorical title for anyone who follow the path of God.

God promise to King David

2 Samuel 7:12-16  Revised Standard Version (RSV)

12 When your days are fulfilled and you lie down with your fathers, I will raise up your offspring after you, who shall come forth from your body, and I will establish his kingdom.
13 He shall build a house for my name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom for ever.
14 I will be his father, and he shall be my son. When he commits iniquity, I will chasten him with the rod of men, with the stripes of the sons of men;
15 but I will not take[a] my steadfast love from him, as I took it from Saul, whom I put away from before you.
16 And your house and your kingdom shall be made sure for ever before me; your throne shall be established for ever.’”

The meaning of 'Begotten' . (according to bible)

John 3:16 King James Version (KJV)
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him(God) should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 3:16 New International Version (NIV)
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son (the word 'begotten' lost), that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Note: Anyone who believe in God & Jesus as Christ will be choose as the only begotten son of God. Begotten has been removed becaused it consider as blasphemy againts God.

The word 'Begotten' is not modern english

Anyone can be "begotten" or "born" of God

1 John 5:1
Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the Father also loves the one born of Him.

Note: Son/Daughter/Children of God is the metaphorical title for anyone who believe/love/accept toward God so Jesus was not the only begotten son of God.

1 John 5:18
We know that anyone born of God does not keep on sinning; the One who was born of God protects him, and the evil one cannot touch him.

John 1:12-13
12-But to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God
13-children born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but born of God.

Jesus was Made

But we see JESUS, WHO WAS MADE A LITTLE LOWER than the angels, now crowned with glory and honor because He suffered death, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone. (Hebrews 2:9)

…and, ONCE MADE PERFECT, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him. – (Hebrew 5:9)

Note: Every creation was MADE. This is the most basic principal to put the distinction between Creator (God) and Creation (Creature/Created)

Multiple/Tons son of God

 Luke 3:38
the son of Enosh, the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the son of God.

1 John 3:1-2
1-Behold what manner of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God. And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know usis that it did not know Him.
2-Beloved, we are now children of god, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is.

John 1:12-13
12-But to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God
13-children born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but born of God.

John 11:52
and not only for the nation, but also for the scattered children of God, to gather them together into one.

Genesis 6:2-4
2- that the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves, whomever they chose.
3-Then the LORD said, "My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, because he also is flesh; nevertheless his days shall be one hundredand twenty years.

4-the Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of god came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.

Multiple First-born

Colossians 1:15 New International Version (NIV)

The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

The contex for the 'image' is 'represent' not literal image.

Jeremiah 31:9

"With weeping they will come, And by supplication I will lead them; I will make them walk by streams of waters, On a straight path in which they will not stumble; For I am a father to Israel, And Ephraim is My firstborn."

Exodus 4:22
"Then you shall say to Pharaoh, 'Thus says the LORD, "ISRAEL IS MY SON, My firstborn.

The laws and customs of all nations show that to be “firstborn” means, not only priority in time, but a certain superiority in privilege and authority (https://bible.org/question/what-significance-%E2%80%9Cfirstborn%E2%80%9D-bible)

Jesus is one of the Man that consider as "son of God"

Mark 15:39 New International Version (NIV)
And when the centurion, who stood there in front of Jesus, saw how he died,[a] he said, “Surely this man was the Son of God!

Luke 23:47 New International Version (NIV)
The centurion, seeing what had happened, praised God and said, “Surely this was a righteous man.”

Note: Son of God synonymously as the righteous man.

Matthew 16:13-16  New Life Version (NLV)
13 Jesus came into the country of Caesarea Philippi. He asked His followers, “Who do people say that I, the Son of Man, am?”
14 They said, “Some say You are John the Baptist and some say Elijah and others say Jeremiah or one of the early preachers.”

15 He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?”
16 Simon Peter said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
