And kill them wherever you overtake them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you, and fitnah (deception/oppression) is worse than killing. And do not fight them at al-Masjid al- Haram until they fight you there. But if they fight you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers. (Quran-2:191)
Fight them until there is no [more] fitnah (deception/oppression) and [until] worship is [acknowledged to be] for Allah . But if they cease, then there is to be no aggression except against the oppressors. (Quran- 2:193)
Enemy of Peace & the Innocent
1. Anyone who forcefully expelled you from your home (oppressors)
2. Any one who put deception and oppression (lead to conflict and chaotic situation)
3. Anyone who fight (intend to kill) you.
And if they cease, then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
(Quran-2:192)
If they retreat so FORGIVE them !!!
The verses above specifically refer to fighting against oppression and in defense of religious freedom as the Glorious Qur’an says:
“Let there be no compulsion in religion”

The Battle with Jews & Christians

Context: The Jews & Christians can be fought not necessarily to be killed. When they paid the jizya tax so dont you ever fight them as long they fulfilled their duty to pay the tax.This is justice since the muslim themself have to paid zakat (alms/the charity) so the jizya was simply the replacement of zakat for the none-muslim. Jizya is the law of mercy from God through muslim for the none-muslim. Jizya is the way out for the none-muslim and proof their loyalty toward peace treaty with the muslim community and muslim leadership eventhough they were not approved islam as their religion.

The Sanctity of Life
The Qur’an says:
“…take not life, which God hath made sacred, except by way of justice and law: thus doth He command you, that ye may learn wisdom.”
[Al-Qur’an 6:151]
We considers all life forms as sacred. However, the sanctity of human life is accorded a special place. The first and the foremost basic right of a human being is the right to live. The Glorious Qur’an says:
“…if any one slew a person – unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land – it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people.”
[Al-Qur’an 5:32]
The value of human life is so great, that the Qur’an equates the taking of even one human life unjustly with the killing of all humanity.
